Estone Malinda holds the Bachelor degree from The Polytechnic, University of Malawi. He enrolled in the Masters in Biostatistics programme at Chancellor College in September 2014. He is currently working on his thesis titled “Predicting the cases of common cold in Malawi, using generalized linear, additive and mixed models: Application of data from selected hospitals, weather stations and pharmacies in Malawi”. His supervisors are Dr. Jupiter Simbeye and Assoc. Prof. Jimmy Namangale. He joined the programme while working as Assistant Lecturer and Programme Leader in the Department of Basics Studies at Natural Resources College of Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
